Shine Dezign provides a friendly environment for all the employees. This year 31 new employees have joined the Shine Dezign family.
On 2nd March 2024, Employee Appreciation Day was celebrated to appreciate the efforts of all the hard-working employees by organizing various activities and games. In which a bhangra session was organized for employees for their enjoyment.
Cultural side of Shine Dezign:
Apart from advancement in Technology and innovation, Shine Dezign also organizes various events and festival celebrations for its employees. Many events are organized in Shine Dezign throughout the year;
On 13th January, Lohri celebration was organized. It was celebrated by performing a traditional bonfire ritual with Bhangra and Dhol.
On 22nd January, Shine Dezign celebrated Ram Mandir inauguration with lighting lamps, sweet distribution and
rangoli making in the office.
On 8th March, Shine Dezign Inaugurated another office at Uttam tower 4th floor in SAS Nagar.
Also, on 8th March , on International Women’s Day ShineDezign created a video dedicating to all the hard-working women portraying various roles.
On 24th March, Holi was celebrated with full joy and enthusiasm.
On 29th May,Shine Dezign served Chabeel – A refreshing drink to everyone in aim to spread love, respect and harmony.
On 13th June,A blood donation camp was organized at Shine Dezign Infonet.
On 21st June, A Motivating session on the importance of yoga and Meditation was organized for the employees. The guest speaker Mr. Sachin Singh has delivered an engaging and amazing session.
On Diwali, an in-house celebration with various fun games, activities and gift distribution was held on 29th October. Along with this, A Diwali party was organized on the same evening.
On 29th November, the company celebrated its 15th work anniversary with full enthusiasm.
On 25th December, Christmas is being celebrated with activities like Secret Santa and cubical decoration competition for employees.
